I had a pretty bad experience trying to purchase a property on smith street listed by Sales manager of this place. There are more than 40 groups at first inspection(11-Oct), I was told I can put an offer and will have another chance to put a final best price if my offer price is not the highest. So, I put an offer subject to financial at the same day. After that I tried to get in touch with her multiple times try to follow up what is going on with my offer over 10 days. She had never call or txt me back. The later afternoon of 21-Oct. She called me back say the property is under contract. She also told me she has email me, txt me, call me several times but she can’t provide records of those claims. What she told me the final contract price just several hundred over my first offer price The owner should have a chance for 10k to 20k higher price offer to choose, but I was not given a second chance to put my best price. I have tried to call and txt, email the GM but no explanation at all why the agent treat client in this way. That not my first bad experience, three years ago another property on Nebo Road, same agent, I had tried txt or call them but no response at all, I even not given a chance to put an offer. I have purchased properties through other agencies in Brisbane, Mackay and other cities, they were all genuine agents. This is very poor conduct from the Sales Manager of this agency. Honestly, this was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. Also, homeowner potentially cannot get the best price offer due to that poor conduct of Sales Manager.
