Do I need to sign up to use the site? No. You can browse every real estate agent, buyers agent and property management profile without registering, and we never collect your name or contact details just for browsing.

What does the server record? Standard technical information — your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time — is logged automatically by our web server, purely for security monitoring and to keep the site running smoothly.

Where do the agent listings come from? Every agency profile shown here — trading name, office address, phone number, opening hours and customer reviews — is compiled from information that is publicly available on Google Maps. This describes businesses, not private individuals. If you manage an agency and want a detail corrected or your listing removed, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.

Do you use cookies or show ads? Yes, advertising helps keep this directory free. Google and similar advertising partners may place cookies to personalise the ads you see. You can manage this at adssettings.google.com, and you can also block cookies directly in your browser without losing access to the directory.

What are my rights? Under the APPs, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and request that it be corrected. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can escalate a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

What about outside links? Pages link to agents' own websites and to Google Maps. Those destinations have their own privacy policies, separate from ours.
