Pinpoint Property Mackay

Prompt communication, making the buying process less stressful. Professional liaising between us and the seller, making the whole process so much easier and less stressful. Debbie always followed up on questions we had, that she wasnt 100% certain on. Paperwork was quickly processed.

I have had a really good experience with pinpoint. I have just moved into a rental through the agency and every interaction has been lovely! They really have made an effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I honestly have not had this experience with a realestate being a renter. I feel they care for both tenants and home owners. Thank you to all the team.

The apartment is relatively comfortable. It would be nice to have screens on the windows or at least both doors both to feel secure and for air circulation when needed. Small ants come out in warm days in the apartment. The grounds are rather unkept and there is no designated clothes line apart from an improvising of a clothes line tied to the gutter and broken fence, rather hazardous at night as there is not a lot of lighting on the grounds at night. It would be beneficial to have a designated clothes line properly installed Otherwise a warm experience.

Our trust in Allison and the Pinpoint Property team definitely paid off! We began dealing with Allison and Pinpoint Property in 2014 when we starting renting out our house. We found Allison and her team to be very professional and easy to deal with. When we decided to sell our property we took all of Allison’s recommendations on board and trusted her process from minor fixes the property required to staging the house for photos and inspections. Our trust in Allison and her team definitely paid off. The marketing campaign launched and we had our first open home 4 days after it launched. We had multiple offers on the property after that one open home. Our property was under contract 8 days after the marketing campaign launched. Thank you to Allison and the Pinpoint Property team for all of your hard work and dedication from managing our property since 2014 to preparing it for sale.

Seriously the best real estate in Mackay. Being a small family run business, Allison and the team make you feel like you are a real person and appreciated. From simple things as a certificate for each inspection to a little note when paying your rent. I have rented through them a few times and miss them. Great work team 🙂

Very professional. Emma helped me in selling my first house successfully. She was very professional in leading the negotiation with the buying team. She made the process very smooth and peace of mind.

We couldn’t recommend Jesse highly enough. She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire sale of our home, making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and straightforward. As first-time sellers, we initially found the process quite daunting and were unsure what to expect. However, Jesse’s constant support, clear communication, and willingness to answer every question gave us complete confidence from start to finish. Jesse was by our side every step of the way, consistently keeping us informed and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the process. From the initial appraisal through to the photoshoot, open home, and final sale, her professionalism and dedication were outstanding. She delivered an exceptional result, exceeding our expectations, and achieved this within an impressively short timeframe. We are incredibly grateful to have had Jesse guiding us through this journey and feel very fortunate to have worked with her. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.
