GCRE Mackay

Always amazing to deal with GCRE teams. Rhys Penfold was fully transparent throughout the process and went the extra way to provide us the information required such as the floor plan etc. If you are thinking of buying or selling, great company to work with in Mackay.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Caroline Wood is an exceptional real estate agent who goes above and beyond to make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible. With over 15 years of experience in the Mackay market, her deep local knowledge is evident in every interaction. Caroline's honesty, professionalism, and genuine care stand out. She maintained constant communication, responding incredibly fast to all my questions and concerns. Her approachable nature made her easy to work with, and her expertise gave me confidence throughout the process. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated agent. She truly embodies dedication, empathy, and respect—qualities that make her a standout in her field. Whether you're buying, selling, or both, Caroline is the agent you want by your side.

What a fantastic group of wonderful people, this office went above and beyond for us in a difficult living situation and I couldn't be more greatful for their assistance and support. Highly recommend for all of your property needs, rentals, buying property, selling property, all of it. This is the office you need to call. ♥️ Exceptional.

Having engaged with many property management teams over the course of my life as a long-term renter, I am so impressed with the Property Management Team at Greg Chappell Real Estate. With the team lead by Olivia, I cannot fault the service and property management skills extended. As a tenant, it is rare to find a property management team that can balance your interests with that of the landlords whilst still providing exceptional customer service. The team is responsive to any issues, proactive and engage with a professionalism above all else. I'm sad to be leaving the Mackay area as the team at GCRE really have helped to make my rental here, my home. I cannot recommend the team enough.

I recently purchased a home through GCRE Mackay and was very impressed with the process. The admin team were amazing to work with and understood my concerns and needs of purchasing a home, especially Alexia. She was so bubbly, friendly, and efficient at her job. Very professional, I highly recommend coming here.
