First National 360° Mackay

Mel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish selling our shack. She completely understood our communication needs, particularly with me being in class a lot of the time and overseas during school holidays. Nothing was ever a worry, and she was always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful — often knowing more than our conveyancers! Mel worked tirelessly and achieved an absolutely amazing outcome for us. We couldn’t be happier and I would not hesitate to use her again. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with First National 360° Mackay. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail really set them apart. Kristy, who has been exceptional throughout. She is highly knowledgeable, proactive, and always communicates clearly and promptly. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of service and genuine care. I would highly recommend First National 360° Mackay to anyone looking for reliable and professional property management.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication/human interaction. I applied for a property and had no communication from the agents, no returned phone calls or even a text from Hayley or Sonya over the course of a week. I only received automated emails and the property is still 'available now' 2 weeks later.

Highly recommend Kristy! She's been managing our properties for probably 6 years now and she's been amazing. So easy to deal with, always contactable or gets back to me very quickly. She just handles all of the things and makes it easy for me. She's also just a nice person and I imagine she also treats the Tennant's well which is important too. Zero complaints!

Can not recommend Kristy highly enough, we have had Kristy as our property manager for a number of years now and would not use anyone else. Kristy is hands on when it comes to managing properties and working with owners and tenants. Kristy has been an amazing property manager, handling any issue quickly and without drama, and she always goes above and beyond. It’s a huge relief knowing my properties are in such good hands. If you are looking for a very professional & knowledgeable Property Manager, she is the one you need.

Kristy is one of the best property managers in Mackay. She is on the ball, quick to act and has great communication. She is also very aware of what's on the ground in terms of rents and that is why we trust her to manage our properties in the area. Kristy makes property ownership easier and I will always recommend her where we can.

I’ve been with First National Real Estate Mackay for the past couple of years after moving my properties over from another agency, and I’m so glad I did. Sonya has been an amazing property manager, handling any issue quickly and without drama, and she always goes above and beyond. It’s a huge relief knowing my properties are in such good hands. I have also sold properties through Melany, who achieved well over my asking price and was respectful, easy to deal with, and great at communicating throughout the process. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional, and the overall service has been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
