Gardian Real Estate Mackay

We bought our first home through Gardian and honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! Ryan was our salesperson and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was always happy to answer all of our questions, no matter how big or small, and made the whole process of buying our first home so easy and stress-free. We really appreciated how kind, helpful and genuine Ryan was throughout the whole experience. He made such a huge milestone for us even more special and memorable. We would 100% recommend Gardian, but especially Ryan! Thank you so much for helping us find our first home!

Matthew has a good grasp of the market. I was more than delighted with Matthew’s advice on how to proceed with the sale. He is good communicator and kept me informed about every expectation from the buyer and overall market. He also facilitated me with finding professionals who could assist me with my renovations. I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew as a complete real estate professional.

Reception person was reportedly quite rude and vague to my wife and she is usually quite humble. She came out not wanting to return. Asked a question, got looked at with zero response then asked the question again and got a rude remark. Pretty unprofessional, lucky the other staff are great.

We've had a great experience renting through Gardian over the past few years. Tegan, Hayley, and the team have always been professional, approachable, and easy to deal with. Their communication has been excellent, and we've always felt respected and well looked after as tenants. Property management often receives negative feedback, so we wanted to make sure we shared our positive experience. The recent sale of our rental property means we won't have the opportunity to continue renting through Gardian, which we're genuinely disappointed about. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gardian to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team. Thank you to Tegan, Hayley, and everyone at Gardian for your support over the years - we've truly appreciated it.

We can’t thank Joe and Baden enough for the incredible job they did selling our home. From the staging and marketing through to the final sale, the entire process was absolutely flawless. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and willingness to help every step of the way made the experience stress-free and helped us achieve a result that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Gardian Real Estate to anyone looking to sell their home. You won’t find a more dedicated and hardworking team! Tony & Judy H

Would give 0 stars if I could. We’ve been dealing with ongoing mould issues for months, and the lack of communication has been beyond frustrating. Emails have gone unanswered, promised call-backs never happened, and we’ve constantly had to chase for updates ourselves. Even now, we still can’t get a clear timeframe as to when the repairs will actually be completed. In the meantime, we’re expected to continue living in a property with huge holes in our ceilings and ongoing mould concerns, with no answers as to when this will be resolved. No tenant should be left living in these conditions or expected to just wait indefinitely. The entire process has been stressful, exhausting and handled incredibly poorly. I genuinely hope no one else has the same experience we have had.

I would like to sincerely thank Fletcher for being such an amazing agent to deal with throughout the entire buying process. From the very beginning, Fletcher made everything feel easy and stress free, always providing reassurance, support, and clear communication every step of the way. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made the whole process seem smooth and comfortable. I am incredibly grateful for all of your assistance, Fletcher, and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a reliable and caring real estate agent, and also Gardian in general, the whole team is amazing! Thank you!!! Rainelle
