I cannot thank my Property Manager Kerrie, enough!!. Kerrie has been so understanding of my circumstances and I've always kept her in the loop with things, and she's has always kept the home owners informed of my circumstances. Which I really appreciate as I feel secure in knowing that I've got support by both Kerrie and the home owners. So I really really appreciate all that Kerrie does as she goes above and beyond to ensure tenants are treated fairly and concerns or issues are sorted in a timely manner. Ive met Sophia who is just absolutely lovely as well and im sure she is a great property manager to!! Kyarnee King-Taylor was my property manager for the latter part of my tenancy, and I really appreciated her support during that time. She was kind, proactive, and clear in her communication, and she was always pleasant to deal with. Even when things did not move quickly, I felt confident that she was following matters up, keeping records, and doing what she could to help move things along. I especially appreciated that she approached issues in a collaborative and practical way. She was approachable, responsive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Overall, I found her very easy to work with, and I’m grateful for the professional and supportive way she managed things.
