MyHouse Realty Toowoomba

MyHouse Realty have been managing our property for last 6yrs (actually we bought the property through them) and they have been excellent. Very professional and friendly service. We highly recommend them.

Professional and good communicator. Joe consistently provided updates and demonstrated exceptional effort in finalizing the sale. It was a pleasure collaborating with Joe, and I confidently recommend his services.

We are incredibly grateful to the team for all their help throughout our tenancy. From the beginning through to the final stages of our lease, they were always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly, and we always felt supported throughout the process. A special thank you to Chloe, Natasha, and Michael, who were all incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding throughout our tenancy. Their willingness to work collaboratively and their commitment to ensuring everything was resolved smoothly and fairly truly stood out. Their clear communication, kindness, and professionalism made what can often be a stressful process much easier. Thank you again for all your support and kindness throughout our tenancy. We genuinely appreciated the positive relationship we built along the way and will remember our experience very fondly. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

Louise has managed my property over the last couple of years she has been nothing but amazing. Louise has gone above and beyond as a property manager and I couldn't be happier with the service and the care she has shown during this process. She is responsive and has been a pleasure to deal with as nothing has been to hard to handle. I highly recommend Louise and the team for any property management needs,I have not got a negative thing to say.

Amazing agency to work with. From the first meeting I knew Joe was the Agent for my home. His transparency and no frills approach as well as his professionalism was exceptional. Thank you for getting a premium price for my property and removing the stress from my sale.

Lifetime renter here. I have rented houses in Adelaide, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, and Toowoomba and I have to commend MyHouse Realty for their exceptional - second to none - service over the last 3.5 years. Louise Goodall was exceptional by every definition of the word, from helping my fiancé and I move in (site unseen), all the way through to having to break lease with 5 months to go under the contract. The empathy and decisiveness that Louise - and her team - have provided us makes this realty by far our greatest rental experience. It was a true pleasure to rent one of their houses, I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and wish the owners and MyHouse, Louise Goodall, and the team all the best with everything moving forward. Thank you for everything.

Excellent Experience . I highly recommend Michael, selling our house was quick and easy and Michael went above and beyond with all the extra work he did with inspections of our new build home we were selling. Was a quick sale and reached above expectations
