I have really appreciated that when things need to be actioned, she is quick to respond and follow through. Her communication has been clear, and she has helped ensure things are handled smoothly throughout the tenancy process. I would also like to mention Tracey, who has such a lovely personal approach. She took the time to personally call me to let me know my application had been accepted, which really stood out to me. At the time I was feeling quite stressed about the move and that call genuinely helped put my mind at ease. Tracey has also been incredibly patient and helpful in answering my questions and making sure I understood the process, which I really appreciated.
