The Agency | Toowoomba

Just moved out of one of their properties and had Abi as our property manager. She was so easy to talk to and was helpful every step of the way. Would recommend

Ally Murphy at The Agency has been my property manager for the last few years. Ally has always been easy to communicate with, professional and made me feel like she genuinely cared about us as tenants. Thank you for looking after us for the last few years Ally! I would highly recommend The Agency to anyone looking for a property.

I cannot speak highly of Rachel enough. The Agency Toowoomba have been friendly and approachable. It is beneficial to deal with a real estate with prompt, effective responses. 🥇🏆👏

The Agency is great. Our property manager Wendy Wippell is the best ever. She is thorough and responsive and one can tell she loves what she does.

We have been renting through The Agency for just over five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided. They have always been professional, approachable, and genuinely caring throughout our tenancy. Whenever we have needed assistance, they have gone above and beyond to help and have always done their best to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Their understanding, kindness, and easy-going nature have made renting a stress-free and positive experience. We are incredibly grateful for everything Wendy and Peter have done for us over the years and cannot thank them enough for their support. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring rental agency.

We engaged The Agency for our investment property - it had been my primary home before becoming an investment which meant that we were looking for a very specific tenant that would suit the property (due to single garage, a close neighbour and gardens). Chanel, Bec and their team have been wonderful. We had many applications, which they were great in reviewing and making recommendations with the focus on a long term tenant. They have also been immensely kind in helping us learn the ropes of being a landlord and to move back from the emotions of it being our home. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship.

I’ve been with The Agency Toowoomba for years and their staff and services have always been amazing. My property managers, Wendy and Rachel, have been incredibly supportive, especially during a difficult time for me. They were always kind, highly responsive, professional and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!
