I have been trading in properties for over 40yrs, I was also a real estate agent for 7 years myself. I would be hard pushed to come up with another agent that has done such a good job over that time, nothing was ever an issue and I had total confidence from start to finish. The communication was fantastic and Jabyn went far above what would be expected of an agent, liaising with apartment management on my behalf and organising anything and everything that came up during the process. I would not go anywhere else after this experience.

Very disappointing experience. Made contact with Ray White Townsville in late May 2026 to list a property to sell, and there was no interest. Initial call with agent was very positive - emails were exchanged, property visited, discussions had about moving forward, but no proposal/appraisal ever received. Reached out two weeks after initial contact to find out where we are at, and apology given by agent, with the promise that proposal would be sent out that day. Two weeks later, and again nothing. If you weren't interested in doing business, that's fine, just be open and talk about it. But to not communicate and lie, that's very poor. Very unprofessional. We move on.
