Gavin Micola of Northern Realty Townsville sold our rural property. He understands the different aspects and assets under and in the ground and was great at explaining these to potential buyers. Communicating was excellent with a phone call after each viewing. Gavin also locked up after each viewing. His knowledge of the market was great, he really has his finger on the pulse. After multiple failures with larger Property Management companies in Townsville I was lucky enough to find Danielle and her team. They have taken care of both our investment and us for the last 18 months. The team at Northern Realty are genuine people, passionate about what they do. Property investing is stressful at the best of times, our experience with Northern Realty was exceptional. Nothing is a problem with these guys, they are proactive and quick to get ahead of any issues finding quick solutions. One word to describe my experience with Danielle and her team, easy. Linda has been absolutely amazing managing my property. Super fast with communication, any repairs required Linda has organised in a timely manner and all round Linda is a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Northern Realty more. Their lovely team, in particular Kate and Danielle, have always been prompt, professional and proactive.
I have been renting through northern realty for over a year and a half and I can not fault them. They are amazing with the communication, especially Linda she has been a massive massive help throughout having to break a lease. If I could give more than 5 stars especially for Linda I would! I appreciate and am so grateful for all the help in making this easier. If you’re looking to rent a place or for owners to find a property manager. Definitely recommend northern realty!!
