I wouldn't necessarily recommend Harcourts—I would recommend Stephanie. Stephanie is the reason our experience was so positive. She brings something to this role that simply can't be taught. She sees beyond just another property, another sale, or another commission. She takes the time to understand the home, the people, and the emotions involved, then responds with genuine care and authenticity. She never tries to force the process or make something seem like what it isn't. Instead, she works with what is present and adds exactly what is needed. Stephanie has an incredible ability to connect with people. She communicates exceptionally well, is highly professional, and has a calm, grounded presence that made us feel supported every step of the way. She knew when to step in, when to give us space, and how to guide us through what can be an emotional process. Her intuition, emotional intelligence, and genuine care make her truly unique. Kyhra from Hardcourt is one of the best real estate agents I've ever dealt with who has just recently helped out our family during a very difficult time. Unfortunately my Dad had to move out of his place quite quickly and Kyhra found him a suitable place and went truly above and beyond to get him moved in before he had to be out. This was really important as he has some mobility issues also. I'll always be grateful for her kindness and compassion during this time and her dedication to getting my Dad safely into a home. Sam has many qualities which helps him in dealing with people and situations. He is always professional. including working for the seller not the buyer. He is realistic. Because of the nature of the property it was difficult to establish a price. There were few potential buyers but Sam was able to work with them to achieve our target.
