Lance Decker is a bad manager, a bad agent, and a bad trainer. A tenant had an accident. These things happen right? That's why we have insurance. One of the Ray White Staff told Terri-Scheer Insurance that nothing was contents to be covered. Terri Scheer have that on Record. What?! It is an apartment complex. 100% of everything was to be covered, and was. Ray White Port Macquarie and Lance Decker cost me a year of correcting the insurance bungle they caused! Then, Lance tried to lean of me as having had been abusive or a threat to his staff, while I'm five hours away, all so that he and his staff didn't need to wear it. My wording was, verbatim, use it as an opportunity to train your staff. Decker had a dummy spit instead and tried to spin the blame on me. lol. Just not a good agent, and not an accountable person.

Greg is a very knowledgeable and professional agent. Since we met in the open home day he gave us in depth information about the house and construction not just (here's the house have a look) like other agents who know nothing about the property they are showing. During the contract signing he was very responsive and helpful with every obstacle we came across. Thanks a lot Greg 🙏🏻
