McGraths has been managing our rental property for the last few years and l highly recommend them. Great communication and follow up on anything that needs attending to. It is a pleasure to do business with them. Cath is an awesome property manager for both the tenant and property owner, l trust her with looking after our house.

We engaged Holly and Damian King to sell our investment property in Port Macquarie. They were fantastic to work with as they know the market, are professional, honest, and hard working. They achieved a great price for us and closed the deal within the first week of going on market. They worked throughout the long weekend to negotiate with multiple prospective buyers to get the highest possible price for us. Throughout the process they kept us informed and were a pleasure to deal with.

We bought, then rented our Port Macquarie apartment for two years, through McGrath’s. I’m very happy to say that everything was handled with due diligence, total care and absolute professionalism. I have never really been motivated enough to write a review but in this instance the professionalism, compassion and empathy displayed by the property management team and their leaders deserves special mention. I unfortunately had to fly to my mother in WA for the last time. The trip was just one cascading horror show for nearly 3 weeks. Having a disabling inflammatory disease I was repeatedly let down by the airline (special needs/mobility assistance bookings and requests documented and promised but never delivered upon during 4 different flights) Then a ride share company took that to a whole new level by botching several premade bookings for mobility/special needs services and in one instance forced me to walk/crawl up over a pedestrian bridge for1.5km despite having my disability information. This resulted in a destroyed $2k laptop, joints and muscles torn up and inflamed for the whole 3 week saga as well as numerous fraudulent transactions by their drivers on my credit card for imaginary services and finally an hour and a half laying in a garden in Perth propped against the only tree and in urgent need of 4 different medications. What does this have to do with McGraths you are probably thinking ?? Upon an extended, tortous,16 hour long marathon caused by several flight delays and with my body on fire trying to get back to Port Macquarie I arrived home to a house that had no power since Essential Energy's unplanned outages 3 days into my visit to Mum. I can't describe the fridge and freezer without feeling sick, but weeks and weeks of intense heat and once frozen beef, chicken, seafood, dairy etc etc was my welcome back home surprise. I really was in a bad way and being the weekend was resigned to another round of broken appointments, promises and no shows extending the horror roadshow into the next week. One email and phone call to Katrina, Shannon and some guardian angel still unknown and they had their on-call emergency electrician at my place within 45 minutes. About the same length of time it took me to be frog marched then collapsing in a garden in severe pain still flaring badly now as I type. Truly unbelievable, dedicated customer service during their own leisure time could not have been more welcome. The auto reply emails had Katrina overseas so I was resigned to another couple of days extending the trip to hell and back and by this time coupled with absolutely distressing physical and mental grief due to repeated failures of 2 x very well known and high profile companies. I really can't thank the McGrath team enough. To say it was a lifesaver just doesn't go far enough. I truly appreciate what they did and cannot express my gratitude in showing a disabled pensioner that there are still people in the world who actually care. Thanks from the bottom of my heart McGrath Real Estate, Port Macquarie and also Dylan from PMQ Electrical, who I since found out was in the middle of moving house and dropped everything to help me restore power. Thank you for renewing my faith in people that had just had a 3 week long beating and on the verge of just giving up. You guys are saints !!
