Due to a family emergency we had to leave Port to go interstate and Nicky looked after our home when we could not. For 6 years we had peace of mind knowing she was taking care of things. Nothing was too big or small for her to manage. When we decided to sell, we went with Jason who achieved a sale price of $50,000 above what other agents were willing to tender. Who would be silly enough to sell a property in 'lockdown'? That was the situation we found ourselves in and to be frank, we were quite nervous about how it would go.
