Ray White Ballarat

Lauren Hodgson was awesome! She got our investment property ready for tenants efficiently and with great comms every step!

Post purchase I have trusted RayWhite to Manage my property. Lauren Hodgson has been great to work with as she was very prompt in responding and organising works. Also Isabella has been doing a great work continuing the legacy set by Lauren Hodgson. I would wish both all the best and success.

We wanted to sell our property and as we had an excellent tenant in place, so we were hoping an investor might be interested in purchasing the property. Mark dealt with our request and offered advice about how the situation should be approached. The whole process was simple as Mark had contacts and we didn't need to advertise or do anything as Mark organised it all. Our tenant was happy and we got a price for the property which exceeded our expectations.

I would highly recommend Mitch Baker’s services to anyone. Mitch has been professional, reliable, and approachable throughout my experience, always providing excellent service and clear communication. Mitch's knowledge and support made the process smooth and enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others

Lauren Hodgson, our rental agent, has been terrific - responsive & affable. She managed to get our rental property on the market promptly and secured what look to be really good tenants.

Mark was great to work with, very down to earth and honest from day one. He clearly explained his process, expectations and pricing, which gave me full confidence. He got the property sold quickly for the result I wanted.Would use him again and happily recommend him to anyone.

Shout out to Christine Browning of Ray White Ballarat who was fabulous to deal with when i recently bought my first Ballarat house. Christine was always very responsive and available throughout the initial stages and her local knowledge was second to none. Her support on auction day was much appreciated and helped calm my nerves and achieve the desired outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Christine as an outstanding Ballarat real estate agent.
