Have had nothing but a good experience with Stockdale and Leggo. Jessica is a competent property manager who is prompt and communicative about any issues that may arise. Highly recommend Jessica and Stockdale and Leggo.

I’ve had an incredibly positive experience with Stockdale & Leggo Ballarat over the past 6 months, particularly working with Jessica. I purchased a property in Ballarat as an interstate investor, with the intention to lease straight away with the support of Stockdale & Leggo. Having someone I can trust with clear, fast communication is absolutely essential for me, and Jess has been amazing at every step. I had a few unexpected hiccups at purchase prior to coming to Stockdale & Leggo, which meant I had to do additional works and I wasn’t able to lease the property straight away. During this challenging time, Jess and her team have gone above and beyond to coordinate quotes, manage maintenance and repairs, and keep everything moving smoothly. Jess has made a really difficult situation so much easier to navigate. Even during a prolonged period without rental income, Jess' level of care, professionalism and support never wavered, which I’ve truly appreciated. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything Jess has done and would strongly recommend Stockdale & Leggo Ballarat to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team.

Daniel and his team delivered A+ service, selling our home off market. He came around one day to discuss what we were looking at achieving, then called us the very next day to say he potentially had a couple who might be interested in our home,BINGO he knows his clients and what they are looking for. We were Sold and moved within 6 weeks. Would highly recommend Daniel and his team No B.S just does what he says he will. Well Done and Thank You Annie & Graeme

Jess has been absolutely outstanding as our property manager. She is by far the most organised, on point, easy to deal with and prompt person I’ve ever come across. She was onto everything and organised everything to get our property ready. Jess was able to find a tenant off market extremely promptly while keeping our preferences in mind. Nothing is ever too hard, communication is always clear and she genuinely cares about getting things sorted quickly and properly. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in what they do. She is a real asset to the team at Stockdale & Leggo.

Jess is simply the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She’s always kind and approachable. Repair requests get attended to in no time and Jess is just a pleasure to deal with in all regards.
