Frustrating lack of communication. If you are thinking of selling with Sarah Skinner or Matt, be aware that they are actively ignoring potential buyers. We attempted to contact them multiple times via email, phone calls, voicemails, and texts to book an inspection. We received zero response, and the house is now under offer. It’s incredibly unprofessional to completely ghost interested buyers, and a massive disservice to their vendors who missed out on competing offers.
