Ballarat Real Estate

I have been with Ballarat Real Estate for 3 years now, my current rental went up for sale and Izzy (my property manager) helped me secure a new property super fast - She's an absolute gem!! The communication and respect I have received is outstanding. 100% recommend Ballarat Real Estate 😊

Hi I’ve been with Ballarat Real Estate for 14 years as a landlord and the only feed back I would give is to communicate issues with more urgency. An example I have is the shared sewer pipe need fixing asap so I organised and paid it in good faith. However the pipe is shared with the landlord next door who is in your books too. I told James I need reimburse ment but it took weeks to get compensation and James communication can be ordinary at times. Regards Phill

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff and team were incredibly lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. As a first-time renter, they made everything easy to understand and took the time to answer all my questions. Their professionalism and support made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service!

David is a fantastic property manager! Great communication, prompt responses, professional service, and always willing to help. He made the whole experience easy and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommended.

Ballarat Realestate were excellent in selling our mother‘s home. Lachlan and Tom were very professional and kept us up-to-date with everything that was happening. We could not be happier with the service we got from them and the Realestate thank you cheers Phil and Lynn White.

Great service from Ballarat Realestate. Peace of mind that my property is in good hands. Dropped a star as I felt re- leasing my property may have taken a day or more longer had I not done my own research into a technicality within the new compliance laws and was able to steer the direction I felt we needed to take. Apart from that works were organised quickly & my property was back on the Market.

Dominic was optimistic, confident and knowledgeable, in how to best showcase our property to achieve a sale. Our timing could have been better, as we were selling in the middle of winter, but we were ultimately happy with the result. Dominic guided us through negotiations in regard to price, and when to accept a reasonable offer.
