Melcorp Real Estate - Head Office

Alright, so I really didn't want to have to make this post but I am very unimpressed and believe I deserve an apology. Unfortunately I can't respond to replies on my own reviews. In my recent post about Jarryd's poor professional experience, I heard found out that Melcorp Real Estate has a bad investigation process. I have evidence of dates and a solid email trail that showed Jarryd was slow at responding and did not provide me with the information I requested even though he promised them. Like I said, he replied the fastest when I said I no longer required his service. I called him on Tuesday 28th JUL and requested some information which he agreed over the phone. He replied me with 1 of the things I asked for the same afternoon in an email with other sales jargon. I requested the information for the remaining items a few hours later and had waited over 48 hours, still no response. I then emailed him on 30th JUL saying I no longer needed his services and he replied 2 mins later. If you can't understand the data or numbers, don't say you've done a proper review of the matter internally. If you did indeed do the best you could internally then maybe you need better auditing trails. My experience is that Jarryd responded promptly during initial contact and did not remain actively engaged. I appreciate that your understanding via your investigation process may have felt different due to a difference in data points or evidence.

Jordan is genuinely the best real estate agent I have ever met, not only in Australia but throughout my entire life. Before meeting Jordan, I had inspected many properties and dealt with countless agents during group inspections. In the past, most of my rental experiences were directly with landlords or property management teams, so this was actually my first time renting through an agent. Because of that, I was able to clearly notice the difference between agents and Jordan truly stood out from everyone else. I am someone who pays a lot of attention to detail, which naturally means I tend to ask many questions. While some agents might see this as troublesome, Jordan was always incredibly patient and willing to explain every detail and answer every question I had. He even took the time to arrange additional visits so I could return to the property to inspect, measure spaces, and check details that were important to me. Whenever I had concerns, Jordan was always available to help, whether through phone calls or messages. Even when he didn’t immediately know the answer, he never ignored my questions. Instead, he would take the initiative to find the information, confirm it, and get back to me promptly. On top of that, I encountered some unexpected issues regarding the move-out date of my previous apartment, which resulted in additional paperwork and complications. Despite this, Jordan remained patient, supportive, and willing to help throughout the entire process. To be completely honest, more than half of the reason I decided to rent this apartment was because of Jordan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service. Of course, I also genuinely liked the property itself, but Jordan’s support gave me the confidence to move forward. I feel very fortunate to have met Jordan, and I truly hope this review brings a smile to his face. My appreciation for him is completely genuine and comes from the bottom of my heart. I have no doubt that he will continue helping many more people in the future. His professionalism, dedication, and attitude deserve every bit of recognition and praise.
