I rate MICM's sales agent Will Newman 5 stars, but MICM OC manager 1 star, for the reasons set out below: We sought appraisals from 7 agents for our unique, recently renovated property. While 6 valued it well below the renovation cost, Will Newman's appraisal was 35% higher than others, giving us the confidence to list with him. We accepted an offer just 14 days after listing, in the middle of his estimated range. His market knowledge helped us achieve a record sale in our building: 45% higher than the previous highest! He was very responsive and gave excellent advices! Thank you very much! On the other hand we initially contacted another real estate agent from MICM who inspected the property and did not provide an estimate despite multiple follow ups. Very unprofessional. I'd rate this second agent 1 star. I rate my experience with MICM as OC manager 1 star, and would rate it lower if I could, due to significant delays in responding to our renovations applications, lack of professionalism from all of our OC managers, encouraging bullying in the OC committee, delays in maintaining and repairing our OC common properties, tolerating committee members to gain advantages of their positions,... the list is even longer. In summary: Will Newman is an amazing real estate agent deserving a 5 stars review, working for a company which deserves a negative review if it was possible.

I would like to sincerely thank Ken Suwatdi from MICM for his support over the past few weeks. After being with MICM for around 15 months and dealing with several property managers before him, Ken has been by far the most responsive, reliable, and easy to deal with for my investment property.
