These guys have always been blatant about their breaching of rental laws in favour of themselves and to the detriment of property owners (tenants too probably) with hugely exaggerated VCAT claims that have no chance of winning while withholding info on tenants/ making them look bad. I lost perfectly decent tenants over repairs I was never informed of and my property sat empty while they assured me the loss would be recuperated through rent increase. It wasn’t. I have since been told by tenants the nightmare these people are to deal with. To top it all off; They keep all client information ALL client information on an internal unregulated data base that is accessible by every single office Australia wide without any security in place to protect the personal and detailed private information of anyone buying, selling or renting through them. And they give it out to anyone asking the right real estate questions.
