Today, I booked an inspection for Unit 3411/70 Southbank Boulevard. I received both a text message and an email, and I confirmed that I would attend. However, the agent, Ruby, did not show up. Three other people and I waited there for half an hour, and all of us arrived on time at 12:45 pm. This was extremely unprofessional and is a clear sign that they do not care about the properties under their management or the people interested in inspecting them.

I had an amazing experience with Inner Real Estate. Over the past week, RUBY has continuously helped me in securing a property within a soughtafter area. She has been very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Amazing service from Ruby. She was very easy to communicate and responded to messages in a timely manner. It only took me 3 days from initial inspection to secure a lease. Would recommend!!

Ruby helped us get the apartment .. She has been so cooperative and knowledgeable throughout the process that it really took the stress off me! She tried her best to negotiate with the owner to give me the best price.. I really like the way she is doing to help the tenants to understand everything.. Highly recommend this company.

0 accountability. 0 responsibility. 100 excuses. That’s the sum of my experience. The lack of professionalism, transparency, communication, and basic respect was astounding. They’ll say something and then make excuses at the end. Trust me, you’re better off going with any other real estate company. Our agent was consistently unreachable, with calls and messages ignored even during urgent situations. During our move-out process, we went above and beyond; helping with inspections, finding prospective tenants, and leaving the property in excellent condition, only to be met with inconsistent information and poor treatment. The head/manager or whatever, Joe, in particular, was extremely rude and impolite when addressing our concerns. Instead of taking accountability for the conflicting information provided by the team, he dismissed the situation with “this is the law” and made comments that came across as disrespectful. Tenants deserve far better from a property management agency.

Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us throughout the way. He was quick in responding and throughout the entire process from renting to even after moving in, we felt overwhelming support. I would recommend Aaron to anyone looking to sell/rent/buy a property!
