They were always available for a phone call - often times going above and beyond for us. They were enthusiastic without being unrealistic. That being said, they achieved us a complex record for our house sale. This was a seamless process. We cannot be more thankful that we met the team while casually house viewing for our future home. I’ve selected a few standout properties that I believe are worth your attention - including some exclusive listings not yet available Very very poor business model. UPDATE: Due to your reply Shane, and your acknowledgement, that goes a long way in my view. As you know my email was very harsh (but it was the second time I sent one to stop the spam). I’ll upgrade this from 1 star to 4 stars based on you taking it on the chin. Just don’t let your staff send out spam mate. No one likes it.

I had an extremely distressing experience dealing with Julie Cummings. From the moment I signed the Form 6, there was a complete lack of communication. I was left with no updates, no clarity, and no support throughout what should have been a managed and guided process. The situation became so overwhelming due to the stress caused that I was actually hospitalised. No client should ever be put in a position where a professional service leads to that level of distress. I am now having to involve a lawyer to deal with the situation, which speaks volumes about how poorly this matter has been handled. From my experience, Julie operates more like a buyer’s agent rather than a sales agent. There was no clear focus on representing my best interests as the seller or achieving the best possible outcome. Selling a property is a major financial and emotional decision, and it requires strong communication, accountability and professionalism — all of which were seriously lacking here.
