First National Real Estate Tweed City - Tweed Heads

As a tenant in a property managed by First National Real Estate, I can say my experience has been entirely positive. They are thorough with their inspections, as you would expect, but available and happy to assist when needed. Having worked in homelessness for years, I have come across many real estate firms who are unethical and rude to their tenants. First National Real Estate do not fall into that category.

My experience with First National Tweed City - Property Management Team has been excellent from start to finish. The property inspection, application process, routine inspection, and handling of repairs and maintenance have all been smooth and well-managed. It’s refreshing to deal with an agency that genuinely cares about customer service. In a time when many businesses seem to have lost that focus, this team really stands out. Highly recommend!

The team at First National Tweed City have been managing our property for over 6 years, and in that time we have never had a bad experience. They have been very reliable and pleasure to work with.

I am a tenant with first national tweed and have been renting our property for almost 3 years and have had nothing but a positive experience with the rental staff at this realestate, Emma always addresses any maintenance issues I have quickly and always responds to any queries I have, she is a pleasure to deal with. Leisha is just a breathe of fresh air and is always so helpful and very respectful when conducting house inspections and always extremely helpful when every I have had to contact the office. I would have peace of mind as an owner that these plants have your property and tenant in their best interests.

Lloyd and I are now into our 3rd year leasing with First National Tweed City. Our Property Manager Emma Fengler is fantastic, and always helpful. If we ever need anything looked at, she is straight onto it. All the staff are great as well. If anyone is thinking of leasing or buying I would highly recommend First National Real Estate Tweed City.

We bought our property from the team at First National Real Estate Tweed City and have rented it out with them ever since. They’ve been super helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future purchases or sales. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re completely professional and put so much kindness and consideration into the way they treat their customers. They’re a small team with a big heart.

We have been renting through First National Tweed City for 4yrs and we can’t recommend them enough. Emma has been wonderful. She has ensured all questions, requests, issues etc are actioned or responded to promptly. I have had bad experiences in the past with PMs but FNTC has been 10/10 every time. Thank you Emma and team!
