I am a buyer for a property in Nerang that was settled in June and the seller’s were represented by Mick and Sue from Fox’s real estate. They exceeded expectations with their communication and provided anccurate answers to my questions regarding the other properties in the area. Other agents often didn’t get back to me or pick up the phone. Mick was very helpful and allowed pre-settlement inspections for contractors four times leading up to settlement (even on his days off). Overall, if I’m moving to purchase again I’ll definitely enquire with Mick and Sue.
