Jellis Craig Ballarat - Real Estate Agency

I have dealt with Ali Mitchell constantly during the re-leasing of our unit. I have found her to be helpful and thorough in every aspect. She kept me up-to-date with what was happening at all times. I would certainly recommend Ali and Jellis Craig for property management.

Caitlin took over the coverage of our VCAT matter and handled it with professionalism. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. We truly appreciate all of her hard work.

Extremely satisfied with the hardwork and commitment from the property manager in seeking tenants.Bella conducted open houses and was constantly providing great feedback and follow up work to secure the right tenant. I would thoroughly recommend Bella and the Jellis Craig Ballarat group for looking after a rental property.

Having sold a property with Jellis Craig (Tim Valpied) and bought a property (Rebecca Stepnell) within the last 12 months, I have found the team at Jellis Craig to be fantastic to deal with. The agents have a great deal of integrity and are honest and efficient in all their communication’s seeking the best outcome for the vendors whilst maintaining professional and ethical dealings with buyers. I highly recommend Jellis Craig to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.

Amazingly quick! We’ve been renting now for 9 years, and this has been the quickest, and easiest application to approval ever. We seen and applied for the property Monday, and got approved Wednesday. We are very excited to continue our rental journey with Jellis Craig. Thank you!

Vicky is a credit to the Real Estate industry. Refreshingly honest about every property I expressed interest in, Vicky openly pointed out flaws and never pushed me to make a decision. She genuinely cared about finding the right home for me and was honest about pricing and transparent during negotiations. Vicky achieved an outstanding result for her sellers while simultaneously going above and beyond to support me as the buyer. I felt safe and confident putting my future in her hands. An agent with true integrity is sadly a rarity, but Vicky is pure gold!

Matthew Tunbridge at Jellies Craig made a great first impression and stayed true to his word throughout the entire selling process. Unlike other agents we contacted, he never applied pressure and took the time to understand our situation, timeline, and expectations. Matt's communication was consistent, clear, and professional. He always responded within a reasonable timeframe and kept us informed every step of the way. I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone looking to sell their home.
