Buxton Real Estate Ballarat

Very knowledgeable and top notch communication . I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Buxton Ballarat, good thing I did as they are very professional and excellent in every way. Tayla and Kristen are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. I can rest assured that they will look after our property in an excellent way.

I couldn’t recommend Daniel Bozoski as a selling agent more highly. We bought the house from Daniel in 2021 and every year he sent a polite email, checking in. We had tried selling with a different agent last year and failed, so I decided to call Daniel. He responded immediately (even though he was on holidays!) and helped me through every stage of the sale, including being respectful and helpful to our tenants. He reported in after every open home as well as weekly. I felt he was open and honest with us. Daniel definitely made the sale process as stress free as possible. He is professional, respectful, and a delight to do business with.

As renters our property was sold and we had the dreaded news we had to move. With the professionalism our property manager had secured us a new rental property in 2 days. This has been the less stressful experience we have ever experienced in our rental history thank u to the dedication to the staff at Buxton real estate Ballarat.

Amazing customer service . I had a great experience with my real estate agent Jamie. He went above and beyond by arranging for the keys to be available after hours, which made my move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His communication was prompt, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. It was clear he genuinely cared about making things as easy as possible for me. I really appreciate his flexibility and excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful real estate professional.

Genuine & Very attentive! . Emma was very understanding of what I was looking for and was actively attentive to my needs. She was also very genuine and honest. NOT CLICHE!! I wouldn’t have bought the property if it wasn’t for Emma . Thanks again 🥰

Duane made the buying experience easy for us as first home buyers!! He explained every step in detail and helped us get into the market. 💯Legend!

We cannot thank Paris Bedggood from Buxton Ballarat enough for her incredible help and professionalism throughout our rental search. Relocating back to Victoria from France while trying to secure a rental property remotely could have been extremely stressful, but Paris made the entire process feel smooth, reassuring, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. She was responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond to help us navigate the process from overseas. Her communication, kindness, and professionalism gave us real confidence during a major life transition. We are so grateful for all of her assistance and would highly recommend Paris and the team at Buxton Ballarat to anyone looking for outstanding property management service. Thank you again, Paris, we truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us. Mikayla & Thibaud
