We had a very disappointing experience with Goldfish Real Estate Ballarat after our lease was transferred from a previous (excellent) agency. We received no introduction or communication—only an incorrect rent arrears notice due to errors made on their end during the transfer. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, we were then wrongly advised we owed additional rent. There were also unnecessary complications with our bond transfer, and our rent in advance and it took over four weeks to have funds returned, despite us being in credit. Overall, communication and professionalism were very poor, causing unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, we would not recommend Goldfish Real Estate Ballarat based on our experience.
