Century 21 Novocastrian

It isn’t often that you’re treated well as a tenant but Casey and the team have been wonderful. They have been kind and courteous and helped me extend the lease when I was moving out to a new home that wasn’t ready when I expected. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of working with Century 21 Novocastrian, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service. A special mention goes to Zac, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Zac was knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra efforts to ensure everything ran smoothly. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage and making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. What stood out most was Zac’s honesty, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to achieving the best possible outcome. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided expert advice, and made me feel valued as a client. I highly recommend Century 21 Novocastrian, especially Zac, to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused real estate experience. Thank you for making the process seamless and enjoyable!

We have found our property manager Zac to be very helpful and communication is always prompt. He is honest with his advise and we feel he is looking after our best interests. Would definitely recommend.

Gema is the best!! We rent through Century 21 Charlestown and she is our property manager. She is just wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is kind, compassionate and one of the best property managers we’ve had.

Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management. Five stars.

Zach and Sally have been amazing! They have really taken care of our individualised needs for what we wanted for our property management. Above and beyond we are grateful! Our family are both overseas and in Australia and they cater to it all! Extremely pleased and will be using this real estate again for all our needs
