MOVABLE - Newcastle

Moveable has been out favorite real estate to rent through, especially having Breana Hartmann as our property manager, she has always been beyond helpful and so nice, we couldn't ask for better!

I applied a rent room last Thursday. Before applying, I asked them on phone if this place was available for a couple. They said yes and sent me the link to apply. I submitted my application on Thursday. They asked me some documents on Friday. I submitted all the required documents the same day. After that, I didn't get any repsonse for 3 weekdays. So I sent them email to ask about my application. They replied me smiply that place was fully occupied therefore my application had been withdrawn. I told them that place was still available online, and my friends who were living there also told me there were several rooms avaliable. Then they replied me that the place I applied was only for a single, not for a couple. Isn't this like a joke?
