FOUND HQ

Matt and the team from Found were wonderful! Matt and Charleigh made selling my house so stress free. Their professionalism was top level. I felt like they really cared for me. They felt like friends! I would recommend Found Real Estate to anyone wanting to sell or buy.

Matt and team were exceptional from start to finish during the recent sale of our house in New Lambton. We could not be happier with the clear and open communication during the entire process and would recommended Found to anyone thinking of buying and selling. Brodie.

Matt, Tayla, Hayley and the Team at FOUND were an absolute dream to work with. We first met Matt while property searching, and that positive experience was the reason we chose to sell with FOUND. Selling our first home of course came with some nerves, but Matt was always available for a call, or catch up, to answer any and all questions we had. The Marketing they deliver is outstanding, from the copy, photos, for sale signs, letterbox flyers, to videos on socials, and more. Every touch point felt considered, high quality, and resulted in open home numbers that well exceeded our expectations. The result they achieved for my husband and I was fantastic and we were so happy with the service they delivered.

My partner and I had been looking for a property for a really long time. after missing out on a few houses and having some shocking experiences with other agents and companies, our interactions with Matt and Tayla were a welcome change. This was our first home we purchased, and we hope to buy more in the future I would defiantly be looking at properties found are selling first. If you can buy and sell with found, I would highly recommend.

Bridget and Amy prove that FOUND are truly a cut above the rest! From the first call, the professionalism and genuine care made us feel at home. Communication was outstanding—always prompt, clear, and honest, making the whole process a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and achieved fantastic results for us. It’s rare to come across property managers who combine such efficiency with a personal touch. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service and peace of mind!

Matt, Tayla, Hayley, and the team at Found HQ have been excellent to deal with during the entire property purchase process. They have provide friendly, clear and concise communication all the way through, making the process easy and stress free as a buyer. Moreover, the team at Found HQ did a great job in looking after both us the buyer and their vendor through practical and open discussions. We are now currently working with Bridget and the Found HQ Property Management team to manage the property for us and the experience has been the same easy to deal with process – great working with you Team Found HQ!

We had the opportunity to work with quite a few real estate agents in the past, both as vendors and buyers, and though they have all been professional and earnest, I can truly say none has been as reliable and genuine as Matt. He literally held our hands through the whole selling process, he opened up to us about his plan of action and explained it in great details while unfolding it. He perfectly grasped what we long needed from an agent and he delivered. I don’t deny I was a bit skeptical at first, probably because of the not so fulfilled previous experiences. But he definitely proved me wrong. Happily so! Plus they are a fun bunch of people to work with! Thank you Matt, Tayla, Hayley and the Found’s team!
