Ray White Newcastle

I've been leasing through Ray White Newcastle for a number of years and having Payge Baker as the senior property manager has been great! She responds to emails and maintenance requests very quickly and efficiently. She maintains good communication between the tenants and the landlords and I find her quite balanced and fair.

I sold a property recently through Ray White Newcastle! From start to finish the process with Andrew was easy. He is an honest & hardworking agent with a deep understanding of the housing market. He’s an easy going person, with great communication skills. I Would recommend him to anyone looking to achieve a strong but easy sale of their property!!

Thank you to the team at Ray White Newcastle. We have had a fantastic experience with your team, in particular Madeline for all your support when we were listing our property for rent and Mirela for management. Mirela has been an excellent property manager for our apartment. She communicates clearly, addresses issues promptly, and consistently keeps us informed. Her attention to detail and proactive approach give us great confidence that our property is well looked after. We truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication. Thank you both!

We’ve had an outstanding experience with her! She is consistently professional, responsive and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. Any issues I’ve raised has been handled quickly and with care. Her communication is always clear and friendly. It’s honestly rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and I truly appreciate the peace of mind she provides. Would recommend working with her to anyone!

I have had an excellent experience working with Mirela Cicic as my Senior Property Manager. Throughout our time working together, they have consistently been professional, responsive, and proactive in managing my investment property. Communication has always been clear and timely, and I have felt confident knowing my property was being looked after with care and attention to detail. Any issues that arose were handled efficiently, and their knowledge of the property market and tenancy management has been invaluable.

We would highly recommend Payge Baker to anyone seeking an exceptional Senior Property Manager. Payge is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. She always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. Payge is highly proactive in her approach to managing our properties and is always looking for opportunities to improve the service. We are so grateful to have her as our property manager.

Property Manager Mirela at Ray White is absolutely excellent. Throughout my tenancy so far she has been prompt to address any queries that I have had. Her speed in communication and efficiency to escalating any concerns is the best experience I have had with any realty in NSW.
