Presence Property Concierge

Avoid at all costs, very dodgy real estate agency, I signed a lease with them and they basically ghosted me on the day on key collection. All their calls go to AI agents and no direct phone contacts are provided.

Chasse sent me an unsolicited sms on the untrue pretext that I had requested a property appraisal. They were asked to remove my contact details and said they would. However, nearly two weeks later Chasse called me directly to seek details about potential sale of my property. In my opinion, they do not respect privacy or the truth.

Presence Property recently acted for the vendors of a property I purchased, and I am appreciative of Paula's assistance in that transaction. As the vendors' agent, her obligations were to the sellers, but I asked that she keep me advised of offers during the lead up to the auction, and she certainly did that. When my offer was accepted, Paula took my numerous phone calls without hesitation and promptly returned my calls when she was not available. She kept me well informed to the point of exchange. Her communication and follow up was exceptional and my overall experience with Presence Property was good.

Nathan, Ryan and the team were incredible in the rental and sale process of my house. They provided a high depth of wisdom, clear guidance, were quick to respond to all my queries, and were always incredibly professional. I couldn't recommend them enough.

From the very first phone call to organise the sale inspections, Shaylee from Presence Property Management treated my little family with genuine care, warmth and respect, and always truly tried her best to help wherever she could. Although having to move after the property was sold was very emotional and stressful, especially in this rental market, Shaylee was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the whole process. Sometimes people forget how overwhelming moving can be for tenants and families, and I truly appreciated the compassion she showed us during such a difficult transition. Thank you again Shaylee 💕 – Leila

4/19 Wilton St Merewether 2250 was the worst rental I have ever lease. We didn’t have hot water for over a month no matter how many times we contacted Presence. We took them to Tribunal where they gave us our rent for the time back. Absolute nightmare. They never fix anything. Black mould in the shower painted over. And that’s just the beginning. Inhumane treatment of tenants. We paid $590/ week to live in this hell.

Just want to say 5 Stars to Nathan, Hunter and all the Newcastle Team regarding Property Management. Other similar agencies could learn a lot from you!! Awesome stuff and Cheers from Glenn and Sharon
