The agency does not appear ethical with its communication and dealings. We are very disappointed in Jackie for not being straightforward and updating us on a property that we've been very keen on. She promised a walkthrough video last Friday, but only sent it after further daily requests as a formality a week later, today at 1242pm. On top of this, we find out, after viewing the video upon receipt, that it has gone under contract. Unbelievable!! It appears that these days there are a lot of such unscrupulous instances of property dealings. Young people don't stand a chance.
