Jeffrey from Paramount Residential was always very helpful from managing the rental of my investment property to the sale of the property. He was responsive, communicative, hardworking and honest - traits that you don't always get in property agents. I'm very appreciative of all his work and would highly recommend his services.

Jeffrey has delivered on every aspect of our purchase, from our first request to see the property after hours to settlement. Jeffrey sad that he could rent it out for us prior to settlement. Once again he delivered re ting out the property less than 24 hours after we listed it. He took someone through after hours and he received an application shortly after. Jeffrey is a true gentleman and professional.

I'm disappointed with the level of service I received from Jeffrey Leong. I had expressed clear interest in purchasing specific location of two car park spaces and was waiting for the Owners Corporation Certificates the agent said would be sent, but I never received any follow-up. Instead, the agent assumed I wasn't interested due to the congestion levy he mentioned and advised me it wasn't worth buying (which wasn't an issue to me). This assumption and lack of communication resulted in a missed opportunity. It felt like he was discouraging the purchase rather than assisting me through it. After finding out about the sale and expressing my disappointment, Jeffrey tired to offer other carparks spaces. It came across as dismissive and not particularly considerate of my initial request. Professional agents should confirm with clients before making assumptions about their intentions. Overall appalling communication and unprofessional handling from Jeffrey. *EDIT* (05/02/26) my reply to Jeff's response: I’d like to clarify a few points from your message below, as there are fallacies and assumptions on your end. At no stage did I say the rent would not be enough to cover the congestion levy. During our call, you asked whether the purchase was for personal use or investment, when I mentioned it was for investment, you brought up the new congestion levy. You then commented that the rental return I mentioned would not cover the levy and that it wouldn’t be a good investment. Those were your words, not mine. I didn’t respond further because my investment decisions are ultimately my own. You also mentioned that you received a higher offer before Christmas. However, I was never contacted to make a counteroffer, nor did I receive the contract of sale or the owners corporation certificates I had been waiting on since my initial offer in October 2025 which, as per our text exchange, you confirmed had been accepted. Was the vendor even advised by you of a potential competitive bidding between (all) interested buyers that would work in his favor? Given your "20 years of experience", I would expect clearer communication and professional follow-up. Unfortunately, your handling of this matter has demonstrated poor communication and integrity.
