Melissa was phenomenal in breaking down steps and helping me throughout the process as a first time leasor, moving out of my previous ppr. Proactive and worked tirelessly, I was dubious at the initial timeframes Melissa presented but the expertise of the Docklands area and Melissa's constant attention and care, really cemented accurate expectations with things moving quicker than I thought possible. Melissa and the team had clear expertise, made steps and understanding easy for me, and made sure she was always available for updates or questions.

I have never been more impressed with Property Management. We have Melissa Argyriou and she is easily the best Property Manager we have ever had. If she leaves Lucas I’ll track her down so she can always manage us. She is simply outstanding. From first contact she has made the process extremely easy. We purchased and needed minor renovations prior to having a tenant selected and Melissa handled everything for us with speed and efficiency. I wish she managed the rest of our properties and my life. I’d be stress free.

Serena is very knowledgeable and very helpful. As I was interstate, she did the leg work for me, contacted my property manager and the Tennant and inspected the property way ahead so that we know the situation. I’ve had Ashley as my property manager and honestly couldn’t have been luckier. She’s incredibly understanding and made the whole tenancy experience so much smoother than I expected. Any time an urgent repair came up, she was onto it straight away; chasing up the body corporate and keeping me in the loop the whole time. Worst house inspection experience I have ever had! We arrived at 70 Southbank on time for the scheduled inspection and waited for more than 35 minutes, but the agent, Emily Eckholdt, never showed up. We called her multiple times during that period, yet none of my calls were answered, nor did I receive any callback or explanation. What makes this even more disappointing is that there were at least three separate groups of prospective tenants waiting in the lobby, all unable to contact the agent. This was clearly not an isolated inconvenience affecting just one person. I also contacted Lucas Real Estate to seek assistance. Unfortunately, the front lady I spoke with was unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. This level of unprofessionalism demonstrates a complete lack of respect for people’s time and money. Failing to show up without any notice is simply unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I noticed similar complaints regarding missed inspections and poor communication from agents. This suggests that the issue may be systemic rather than a one-off mistake. It is concerning that these complaints appear to have gone unaddressed. This further reflects serious concerns about the company’s management standards and quality control. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter, improve staff accountability, and implement proper procedures to ensure that prospective tenants are not treated this way in the future.

We had absolutely the best experience working with Melissa leasing our investment property. Melissa was friendly, professional and always there to answer any questions (and we had many of them). She was prompt and provided us with updates in a timely manner. She has a great market knowledge, listened to our needs and expectations, and was very thorough during the leasing process securing a tenant in less than a week from settlement.
