Luxepm Geelong | Property Management

I couldn’t speak anymore highly of Christy. She is professional yet compassionate. Works with her customers closely and genuinely cares to achieve a good outcome for them. I have been so happy and feel privileged to have come across such a lovely person. Thanks so much Christy, you are one in a million! So lovely to know there are still some amazing people out there that care about what they do with the people they work with!

My wife and I attended a rental inspection hosted by Christy this afternoon - our first experience with Luxe pm. The house was stunning but the key takeaway was our experience with Christy. She made us feel very welcomed from the first greeting and was happy to have a chat with us about the property and was genuinely interested in understanding our needs and what we were looking for in our next home. She was friendly, professional, and generous with her time for us. Upon leaving, the first thing my wife said was “she would be amazing to have as a property manager”. Thank you Christy, it was lovely to meet you today.

Thanks to Luxepm Geelong | Property Management, specifically to Christy, who managed our property at 120 Greyjoy Road, Charlemont. Throughout our time renting through Luxepm, Christy was consistently professional, responsive, and approachable. She communicated clearly, handled all matters efficiently, and always treated us with respect and understanding. Any maintenance requests or questions were addressed promptly, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free.

LuxePM is undoubtedly the best Property Manager I have been involved with! Christy and the team are diligent, efficient, friendly and approachable. Amazing service (which is saying something coming from a renter!). Keep up the good work 💪🏻

Christy and her team are absolute professionals. Christy personally made everything so easy and was on hand anytime i had a question. Thank you so much Luxepm for your friendly and expert advice. Dave B

Christy has been so wonderful to deal with the past few years of being the property manager of my rental. She is always very speedy at replying, very diligent and hardworking. Recently with the new changes to rental laws, Christy ensured my property met minimum standards and completed all checks very expediently. Forever grateful to her for all of her hard work and care! Thank you!

In all our dealings with Christy & her team to date, everything has been so smooth. She has made our interstate move and transition so much calmer! And now we are no longer renting we would like to thank Christy, Maria & Chelsea. we can highly recommend them both as tenants & I know from the care & attention to detail that they take to look after their landlords making sure the fit is correct for each property.
