Kailah Scarff working for Jells Craig Geelong Property Management. She managing our investment property exceptionally well. Whenever any issues arise, she actively helps us resolve them. She always keeps us informed of any concerns or feedback from the tenants in a timely manner. She is friendly, dedicated, professional, and highly knowledgeable in her work. We are very happy to have her as the manager of our investment property and greatly appreciate her ongoing support.

Mackenzie was fantastic to work with throughout the application and leasing process. We felt she really took the time to understand our situation and worked to get our application successfully approved. The leasing process was easy and our first week in our new home has been great. The few maintenance items we found after move-in were quickly addressed and we are confident it will be a pleasant experience having Mackenzie as our Property Manager throughout the duration of our new lease.

Cale Maddison at Jellis Craig, Geelong is the best. His professionalism and guidance is always appreciated. Nothing is ever too hard as he will find a solution that works for both the tenant and me, as the landlord. Highly recommend to manage your property as I will continue to use Cale and his team long into the future.

We rented a property through Release for 3 years and overall had a really positive experience. Tim Callander showed us through the property initially and was professional and easy to deal with from the start. Once we were selected, Lorraine Russell became our property manager and she was absolutely fantastic. Always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. She made renting feel easy and stress-free. During the time Lorraine moved into another role, we had two other property managers and while they were lovely, unfortunately the level of service didn’t compare to what we had experienced with her. Just before we vacated to move into our newly built home, Lorraine returned and handled the handover seamlessly, which we really appreciated. We’re very grateful to the landlord, Lorraine, and Tim for making our renting experience such a positive one over the 3 years. Highly recommend Lorraine as a property manager.

Cale has been nothing short of amazing for not only myself but for my housemates too. Kind, caring, professional and very punctual. Cale is 110% the go to property manager! I cannot wait for my tenancy to grow with Jellis and Cale. Thanks so much team!!
