Verdi Property Management

Jesse leased out our property in a blink for us and since then he’s been looking after the property and tenants for us, allowing us to relax and not worry about it at all. We would definitely continue to use this company for our property! Thanks

We bought our first investment property 3yrs in Geelong so we were nervous about finding the right Property Manager who we can trust. We spoke with 4 Property Managers. My wife and both agreed on Jesse. He walked us through the process and what to expect. We trusted him to do everything from getting a photographer who would showcase our property to get renters interested. He showed tenants in and sent us the applications he thought were good applicants. We’ve had amazing tenants. We live in Melbourne and sometimes forget we have an investment property in Geelong because everything has been so smooth and we’ve never had to worry with Jesse and his team managing our property. If you’re looking for a down to earth, professional and trustworthy property manager go with Jesse and his team at Verdi Property Management Jerome and Shana

Jesse has been managing our grovedale property since we bought it in 2019. He and his partner are really professional and easy to deal with. He kept us updated on all maintenance issues and took care of it without us worrying about any of it. I would highly recommend him as a professional property manager to anyone looking for one. Thanks Jesse!

So far the process of leasing out my property has been made very easy. I felt that Jesse was the most honest agent I met with not giving unrealistic expectations of possible rental returns like other agents had. My property was leased out in 10 days and Jesse has done everything and is always reachable. Happy with the service , would highly recommend.
