Disappointed to see this agency chaining their non-property specific advertising to public road infrastructure and leaving it out 24/7. Found three separate signs on one road alone. These signs violate the City Of Charles Stuart By-Law 2 as it does not fall under the usual REA exemption allowing signs that "directs people to a current open inspection of any land or building that is available for purchase or lease" as there is no property involved in any of these signs. Edit 21/4/26: They're now ignoring "no junk mail" signs and delivering there too. Edit 13/6/26: More junk mail so it's clear this is deliberate and not an accident. Edit: 4/8/26: More junk mail.
