Horrible experience, stay away at all costs. This company is running an absolute scam on tenants moving into their houses. Luckily for me I have all the documentation and photographic evidence to cover myself. Please cover yourself if you have to rent through these people. Especially agent Sophie Yang

I would advise anyone considering renting through this property company to carefully review all documentation and keep detailed records throughout the tenancy. In my experience, it was very difficult to receive my bond refund, and a significant portion of the bond was claimed at the end of the lease. I was disappointed with the outcome and felt that the deductions were excessive. Make sure you take photos, keep receipts, and maintain clear communication during your tenancy to protect yourself. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about renting through this company.

I booked an apartment through Belle Property in central Adelaide, specifically with the assurance of a car park included. However, upon arrival, I encountered major issues. The garage door code provided to me was incorrect, and despite multiple attempts to contact the property agent, I was left waiting outside the building for over 30 minutes with no response. When the agent finally called me back, he gave me a few more codes to try, finally we went in and we were told to park in a different spot for the night, despite having a 7-seater car. He also assured us that we would be able to arrange parking for the rest of our stay. After following his advice and paying for alternate parking, I emailed the agent with the receipt, asking for a refund or at least a waiver of the extra charges, as this issue was clearly not our fault. However, since then, I have received no response to my emails or phone calls. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and it has left me frustrated and out of pocket. I would highly advise anyone considering booking with Belle Property to think twice, as the customer service and communication were severely lacking.

Can't read or understand what a NO JUNK MAIL sign means. Even after reaching out to the agent responsible, nothing has changed. Everyone else stopped, but apparently Belle Property are too important. When I was renting, I avoided rental listings by this company because of the anecdotes and horror stories people were coming forward with. Now that I own my own place, I can guarantee that I will continue to avoid this business when I sell.
