Jeni was a wonderful agent to work with, and supported finding another rental when the landlord wanted to sell.

I cannot speak more highly of Jeni Hill from Professionals Adelaide City. Jeni has been my property manager for over eight years, and throughout that time, she has consistently provided the best service I have ever experienced as a tenant. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the property and the people living in it. Every inspection and maintenance request was handled smoothly and fairly. At the end of my tenancy, she was kind, honest, and very efficient in approving my bond refund. Thank you, Jeni, for making renting feel like a genuine partnership. I will truly miss having you as my property manager. Highly recommended to any tenant or landlord.

I had the pleasure of being in contact with Jeni throughout my rental period, albeit it ended short of the contract. She was very helpful with updating us on the rental updates when we decided to end the lease early. She was very quick on replying to any concerns and maintenance we needed for the duration of our stay.

Big thanks to Daniel for being extremely helpful and accommodating. He was willing to work around my schedule and even assist during the Christmas period, which I truly appreciated. Although I didn’t end up renting the property, his professionalism and kindness made the process a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrific experience - if I could give zero stars I would. Jeni Hill was an abominable “property manager”, as was Lisa Hou (“accountant”); quotation marks because I am unsure how they are qualified. Both women were wildly disrespectful, sarcastic, dishonest, and frankly unable to do their jobs successfully. Jeni was unable to find a tenant (despite the current rental crisis, and the house then selling very quickly with another agent, and for a good price once on the market). Lisa Hou made multiple mistakes each month when the accounts were paid, of which I picked up. She did not handle the mistakes with grace or professionalism. Forewarning to future owners; do not use this company if you wish to have a successful investment property. They also bothered me with various tedious questions. This reflected their level of intelligence (or lack there of) - with the level of stupidity, deceit, inaction, and lack of accountability for mistakes. Moreover, the property required more than $3k worth of repairs upon the tenants vacating due to inadequate inspections. Jeni refused to hand keys back at the end of tenancy, hence requiring locks being changed. This is illegal. Jeni and Lisa’s natures would perhaps be better suited to jail wardens - or more likely to a life of unemployment. I would not have them working in my business. I wish I had read reviews prior to hiring Jeni Hill. Would happily provide screenshots of said communications. Interestingly, much of the sarcasm was verbalised.

I cannot thank Mara enough for her kindness and support. On the day of my property inspection, I accidentally locked myself out, and she went above and beyond to help me. Mara is very understanding, decent, and down-to-earth. She is always willing to help and genuinely cares about the challenges we face, especially as international students living far from home. Her professionalism, combined with her compassion, makes her truly exceptional. I feel very fortunate to have had her support.

I love having Mara as our maintenance officer. She is so friendly and thorough. She is always within the times frame that is arranged. Her professionalism is an absolute asset to your business. Any issues or queries I might have are always dealt with immediately and promptly. She is an breath is fresh air and so different to officers I have dealt with while in previous properties. I love the repore we have developed and trust her 100%. I never thought I would actually look forward to property inspections but her bubbly nature makes it a pleasure every time.
