I had an excellent experience renting through LJ Hooker Melbourne ( Lonsdale St). The entire process was professional, smooth, and stress-free from the very beginning of our rental . The team has always been friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the property and their tenants. A very special thank you to our wonderful property managers, Rebecca Huang and Riegiena Stanley , who have been absolutely amazing throughout our tenancy. They are kind, approachable, efficient, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Their communication has been exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled promptly and professionally. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help have made such a positive difference to our renting experience, and we are truly grateful for all of their hard work and support.
