My review and other Review keeps on being removed from google reviews. LPM respond to emails at 0600hrs on a sunday monrning, 10 minutes after I sent them an email. Shocking service from Living Property Management Their attitude to new customers compared to tenants shows that Kate and Martin are only interested in money and not providing a service as advertised. Decided to take my business elsewhere. I was looking to hand over my property to LPM but on digging past the flashy promotion and instead reading reviews and looking online I found that Kate and Martin owners of lpm have a common thread of not reporting issues to owners, ignoring issues from tenants and not answering emails and phone calls. I found Martin was all over me when he thought he was getting more money. As Martin the owner of lpm would answer emails at 0600hrs on a Sunday morning 10 minutes after I had emailed him. Yet multiple others say online that lpm ignore emails and phone calls and that lpm never responds. I took my property to another agent and did not sign up with lpm. Yet multiple owners and renters say lpm never reply to tenants emails or phone calls during normal office hours. WHY? It is a common complaint in all 1 star reviews. This just proves that you operate a two tier system that is all about getting money and not providing a service. You never print your name on responses Kate? why? You never accept any blame ever on any 1 star reviews. why? Does lpm have an issue with keeping staff? that you accuse me of being an "unhappy" ex employee. You operate a terrible business model Kate Graham Am very dubious about all your positive reviews, which you respond to in under an hour.

We have had a long association with Living Property Management. Like all long-term relationships, we have had to weather some difficult conversations when we believed things were not happening to our satisfaction. It was during these conversations that the professionalism and caring nature of Kate and her staff truly shone through. We have had a difficult 12-18 months with our property due to it not being fit for habitation while remediation works were being conducted. Never once did we feel we would be moved aside.
