Our experience with Johnson Real Estate has been excellent from start to finish. The staff have all been friendly are respectful at all times from the first viewing, to applying, our 3 mthly inspection to having repairs done, to us leaving the property everything was easy. Constant contact with updates from the real estate to a timely contact from tradies to have whatever repair needed doing. Definity would recommend renting through this real estate

Had an extremely disappointing experience with my property manager Liam at the end of our tenancy and the bond refund process. Our bond was unethically claimed and we were constantly told to get the bond refunded back to the real estate instead of going through the RTA. We found the real estates communication very rude and condescending and by the end of it the real estate cut off communication completely. Through out our tenancy many of my emails also went unanswered. Do not recommend johnson real estate at all.

I have experience with many, many property managers, I can confidently say that HANDS DOWN, Johnson Real Estate has the BEST inspection tools and software in the market, and it produces RESULTS. The ability and ease to juxtapose old and new pictures, before and after tenants moving in/out, is unparalleled and has greatly aided me in spotting and addressing many maintenance issues and has saved me a great deal of time. Their periodic inspections conducted by agents are also done with great attention to detail. My property manager, Jessica Baird, has also been providing me excellent professional services. She performs all the necessary duties diligently: rental collection, compliance, maintenance, leasing, notices, etc. and has been very pleasant to communicate and work with. You would think that this is all just basic stuff that any property manager should have, but I’m telling you, in my experience, that stuff is in short supply in today’s market. Johnson Real Estate is a gem, and it took me a very long time to find this gem, and I’m going to hold on to it for dear life. As an investor, I have peace of mind and assurance that my investment is being well taken care of.

We just finished renting a property through Johnson Real Estate in Bulimba. Our agent Sarah was the most impressive agent I’ve ever dealt with. The rest of the business is run so well and every staff member we had to deal with was a pleasure to speak with. The app they use for requesting maintenance is fabulous, although Sarah still responded to phone calls and emails very quickly. I will be using this business to rent my future properties out for sure. A fairly new player in the Bulimba market but what competition they are giving to the other well established businesses in the market!!!
