We can’t thank Sarah and Jasmine enough for the incredible job they did selling our home. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible outcome for us. What impressed us most was Sarah’s ability to sell our home off-market while still achieving a sale price that exceeded our expectations and was higher than the average for our area. Her local market knowledge, strategic approach, and exceptional negotiation skills made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, Sarah kept us informed, answered every question promptly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and enjoyable. We always felt like we were in safe hands. We are incredibly grateful for Sarah and Jasmine’s hard work, dedication, and genuine care. We recently sold our apartment with Steph Hunt, and we could not have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process. From the outset, Steph coordinated an off-market campaign and demonstrated exceptional insight into the local property market. Her deep knowledge and strategic approach enabled us to pivot our sales tactic at exactly the right time, ultimately helping us secure the perfect buyer in what was a very flat market. Thanks to her expertise and advice, we achieved a highly desirable sale price that exceeded our expectations. What truly sets Steph apart are her outstanding interpersonal skills. Throughout the entire process, she consistently demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity, giving us complete confidence in every decision. She was efficient, generous with her time, and a master coordinator, ensuring every detail was managed seamlessly. Steph also went above and beyond for prospective buyers, bending over backwards to accommodate their needs and provide access to the property whenever required. Her commitment to achieving the best outcome for all parties was evident at every stage. Importantly, this sale took place during a significant change in our family circumstances. What could have been an incredibly stressful and fraught experience was instead smooth, straightforward, and virtually stress-free thanks to Steph's professionalism, care, and guidance. She showed genuine compassion and empathy throughout the journey, always taking the time to understand and support everyone involved. We are incredibly grateful for Steph's dedication, expertise, and kindness. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a highly knowledgeable, strategic, and genuinely caring real estate agent. She delivered an outstanding result while making the entire experience feel supported and manageable from start to finish.

She was incredibly approachable, professional, and always took the time to explain everything, making sure we understood each step along the way. We felt genuinely looked after and knew our home was in great hands. Her communication, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding, and she went above and beyond to achieve a fantastic result. We are so grateful for all her hard work and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who truly cares about her clients.

The best agent in ACT. Working with Hannah was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As a first-home buyer, the process felt overwhelming at times, but Hannah made everything so much easier. She was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and always available to answer my questions. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. She always took the time to ensure I understood every step. Thanks to Hannah’s support and dedication, I successfully purchased my home, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

An outstanding agent who really cares! Samantha Linsdell is the consummate professional! From the moment I met Sam, I was filled with absolute confidence in her abilities due to her authentic, helpful and personable approach to not only me, but to all who were attending the open home for this very popular property on a cold, rainy Saturday morning! Sam represented the property and the vendor exceptionally well, showing sound knowledge and demonstrating genuine respect and care for all parties whilst providing relevant information (and answering many questions!) to assist potential buyers with next steps. Sam has outstanding property market knowledge, is an amazingly prompt and helpful communicator and has an exceptional 'can-do', client focused approach to all she does. Sam's helpful and considered communication style and her warm personability certainly helped take a lot of the stress and worry out of buying a new home, and I am so very grateful that Sam was the agent responsible for selling this amazing property. I cannot thank Sam enough, nor recommend her more highly, particularly in a world where agents are unfortunately most often distracted, disinterested in engaging and who are clearly driven by getting a sale with the least possible effort. Sam couldn't be further from this characterisation, and I am sincerely grateful and appreciative for Sam and all of her amazing efforts - she is simply the best!!! ⭐️

Michael’s professional reputation and market knowledge convinced us that he was the right person to lead the sale of our property. We felt comfortable with Michael’s communication style as he led us through each phase of the sale. He made sure to contact us several times each week to provide updates on the marketing activities and buyer progress. Michael’s negotiating skills gave us confidence that he would lead the discussions to a successful outcome for both buyer and seller.
