​We dealt with the agency on two fronts—purchasing a home and managing a rental tenancy—and were thoroughly let down by the lack of professionalism. ​Key Issues: ​Communication: Extremely slow response times and zero clarity on processes or requirements. ​Lack of Care: Negligible property oversight over the entire 12-month leasing period. ​Unnecessary Delays: Lease finalisation took over 6 weeks of back-and-forth to resolve. ​Overall, it was a frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend them to buyers, sellers, or tenants

A year on, and we’ve realised we never truly put into words how grateful we are to Jonny Warren Properties, especially Jonny himself, for helping our family through one of the biggest and most emotional transitions of our lives. Selling a family home isn’t just a transaction. It was the home where our twins grew up, where birthdays were celebrated, where memories were made and where a huge chapter of our lives unfolded. By the time we sold, the house had become too big for where life was taking us next, but letting go of it was far harder emotionally than we expected. We’ve struggled to write this review because it genuinely felt difficult to capture what the experience meant to us. From the beginning, Jonny treated us like people first, not just another listing. He understood the emotional weight behind the sale and somehow managed to balance professionalism, honesty, empathy and confidence all at once. During moments that felt stressful or overwhelming, he constantly reassured us, guided us, and went far beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. Nothing ever felt too hard, too late, or too small to help with. He checked in when he didn’t have to, gave honest advice even when it wasn’t the easiest conversation, and made us feel supported through every step of the process. It never felt like we were just clients, it felt like he was personally invested in helping our family move into the next stage of life in the best possible way. Now, a year later in our new home, we often reflect on how important that period was and how grateful we are that Jonny was the person guiding us through it. There are plenty of agents who can sell houses. Very few understand that every home has a story and every family attached to it does too. Jonny absolutely does. Thank you, Jonny.
