Transparent, respectful, and pressure free. Steph was easy to work with and honest about the process. If more REA's were like this, the industry stereotype would be very different. Steph let me have time to process, reflect and submit an offer. She responded to questions within a timely manner. Good communication and professional . Steph was very professional and a good communicator, which made what is a challenging process more comfortable to deal with. She was quick to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions or advice. She had good trades people to help with touch ups at the property before sale which was very helpful as we were from out of town selling our fathers property. I think she had sound market knowledge but like many areas was taken by surprise by the effects of the global uncertainty would have on the real estate market. This made it difficult to gauge an accurate sales figure. All dealings with Steph and Purcell were efficient and professional. I would definitely use them again.
